Personal injury cases and most insurance cases are handled on a contingent basis so that attorney's fees and costs are only paid by clients if a recovery is obtained on their behalf by the law firm. The amount of contingent attorney's fees charged are regulated by the Florida Bar and generally may not exceed one-third of the amount recovered for cases that are settled outside the court system and 40% for cases settled in the court system.
All other cases are handled on an hourly basis at our customary hourly rate, with an initial retainer required to secure our representation. Please call our law firm should you wish to obtain our current hourly rates.
